Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - September 23, 2014) - Golden Bridge Mining Corporation (TSXV: GBD) ("Golden Bridge," or "the Company") hereby announces that the Company has received the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange to change the name of the Company to Golden Bridge Development Corporation ("Golden Bridge") and the new trading symbol of the Corporation to "GBD" and has filed today the Articles of Amendment implementing the change of name.
