Scavo Resource Corp Announces Company Update

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - December 4, 2013) - Scavo Resource Corp (CNSX : SCV) (the "Company") announces that it held its Annual General Meeting of the shareholders. Out of a total of 13,842,235 shares issued, 3,129,499 shares were voted at the meeting. All items at the meeting voted on were passed with 100% approval, including the number of directors of the Company being set at four, being Salvatore Giantomaso, Bruno Gasbarro, Arndt Roehlig, and Jurgen Wolf.

The Company further discloses it is retaining in good standing mineral claim blocks CV 86, 97, 107 through 115 referred to as the Purple Onion claims (the "Property") with the assistance of Aurora Geosciences Ltd. ("Aurora") of Yellowknife in NWT. Aurora provides professional geophysical, geological and exploration support services to mineral exploration companies working in Northern Canada.
