Global Receivables Management Announces Trading Under New Name and Appointment of Ezra Chang as Vice President Corporate Development & Capital Markets

Edmonton, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - October 6, 2026) - Global Receivables Management Inc. (TSXV: GRMI) (OTCQB: GRMIF) ("GRM" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company's name change to "Global Receivables Management Inc." and trading symbol change to "GRMI" took effect today and commenced trading under its new name and stock symbol at market open on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange").

The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Ezra Chang, MBA, P.Eng. as Vice President, Corporate Development and Capital Markets, effective October 6, 2026. Mr. Chang will lead the Company's mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and investor strategy as GRM scales its AI-enabled receivables management platform.

An early adopter of AI in deal execution, he brings a technology-forward approach to sourcing, diligence and investor engagement. He holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Ivey Business School, and is a licensed P.Eng.
