(TSXV: NTX) (the "Company" or "NeoTerrex") is pleased to announce, subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange, the appointment of Mr. Fayçal Salek, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Mr. Dale Burstall, a Director of the Company, as Corporate Secretary, effective today.
Mr. Vatche Tchakmakian advised the Company of his intention to retire and has stepped down from his position as CFO and Corporate Secretary.

Mr. Fayçal Salek - Professional Biography
Mr. Salek is a Chartered Professional Accountant ("CPA") with over 20 years of experience as a CFO and financial advisor to public and growth-stage companies. He specializes in Canadian public companies, securities regulations, IFRS reporting and corporate governance, and has served as CFO of several public companies.
From 2002 to 2011, he managed audit and advisory engagements at Petrie Raymond, S.E.N.C.R.L., a regional accounting firm, including for mining companies, and from 2016 to 2018, served as Assistant Director of Professional Inspection at the Quebec CPA Order.
Since 2012, he has operated an independent fractional CFO practice, advising public and private companies, including companies in the mineral exploration and mining sectors.
Mr. Salek received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montreal, Quebec, and obtained his CPA designation in 2004.
