Salt Lake City, Utah--(Newsfile Corp. - August 24, 2026) - St. Joseph Inc. (OTCID: STJO) (the "Company") today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Fastbase AI Corporation, is preparing to launch a beta version of Fastbase AI in the coming weeks - a new generation of AI-powered business search being developed to make it easier to discover companies, potential customers and market opportunities worldwide.

The first product in the planned beta, Fastbase AI Business Search, is being designed to let users search across Fastbase's global database of active companies using natural-language queries, rather than relying solely on traditional company databases, industry codes and predefined filters.

Users can, for example, search for:

"Manufacturers of sustainable food packaging in Germany"

"Software companies in Scandinavia providing cybersecurity solutions to financial institutions"

Fastbase AI is being built to interpret the meaning and intent behind a query and to search across company information, categories, keywords and other business data to identify and rank relevant companies.

A new way to search the global business universe

Traditional business databases typically require users to know in advance which industries, classifications or filters to select. Fastbase AI is being developed around a different approach: allowing users to describe the companies, customers or opportunities they are looking for in their own words.

The beta version of AI Business Search is intended to provide access to Fastbase's database of active companies worldwide.

Fastbase AI plans to expand the platform with two additional AI search products, which the Company expects to introduce progressively as development continues:

  • AI Buyer Intent - planned to help companies identify potential customers based on business search intent and interest in specific products, services and solutions.

  • AI Market Discovery - planned to use AI and information derived from company websites to help businesses identify potential markets, customer segments and individual prospects for their products and services.

Together, the three search products are intended to form the core of the Fastbase AI platform:

  • AI Business Search - find relevant companies anywhere in the world.

  • AI Buyer Intent - discover companies demonstrating interest in specific products and services.

  • AI Market Discovery - identify new markets, customer segments and potential buyers using AI.

From company search to business discovery

Fastbase AI's objective is to move business search beyond traditional database filtering and toward conversational, AI-driven discovery. Rather than requiring users to translate a business question into database filters, the platform is being designed to translate the question into the appropriate search criteria automatically.

This is intended to make it possible to perform increasingly specific searches covering industries, products, services, geography and company characteristics through a single natural-language query.

"We believe the future of business information is not about giving users more filters - it is about understanding what they are actually looking for. Fastbase AI is being built to let users ask a business question in plain language and discover the companies, customers and markets that are relevant to them," states company CEO.

Global business data meets artificial intelligence

Fastbase has developed business information and data technologies focused on identifying companies and business opportunities across international markets. The new Fastbase AI platform is being designed to combine this data foundation with artificial intelligence, semantic search and search-intent technology.

The Company expects the platform to be relevant for users across sales, business development, sourcing, market research, investment, recruitment and competitive intelligence.

Availability

The beta version of Fastbase AI Business Search is expected to become available in the coming weeks. AI Buyer Intent and AI Market Discovery are planned to follow later in 2026. Additional functionality and expanded AI capabilities are expected to be introduced progressively as the platform develops. These timelines are plans and are subject to change.
