Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - August 5, 2026) - The Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE" or "the Exchange") today welcomed the listing of Lynx Resources Corp. ("Lynx Resources" or the "Company"). The Toronto-based company's common shares were approved for listing on the CSE today following the filing of a non-offering prospectus. The ticker symbol is LYNX.

Lynx Resources is focused on the Turner's Ridge Property in western Newfoundland. The Company has an option to acquire a 100% stake in the property, which consists of nine claims covering 225 hectares. Based on the expected potential of the Turner's Ridge Property, Lynx Resources plans to carry out a Phase 1 exploration program at the property.
