Indianapolis, Indiana--(Newsfile Corp. - May 5, 2026) - Wheaton World Wide Moving, a U.S.-based, employee-owned (ESOP) moving company, today announced the launch of its new International Division to centralize and strengthen global relocation services across its network of more than 300 agents.
Wheaton is bolstering its services at a time when net negative migration (international relocation from the United States) is at its highest since 1935. Industry research projects the international moving services market will reach $5.6 billion by 2035 as demand for international relocation services continues to rise and companies increasingly seek partners that can deliver seamless, global employee relocation.
Wheaton's expansion into international services positions the company to better support customers navigating complex, cross-border moves while providing a more integrated experience across its agent network. A five-time recipient of the American Trucking Associations' Moving & Storage Conference (ATA MSC) Fleet Safety Award and honored more than 20 times with the American Moving and Storage Association (AMSA) Fleet Safety Award, Wheaton World Wide Moving continues to prioritize safety, compliance, and high-quality service as it expands its global footprint.
Ashley Gorb, a moving industry veteran with over 15 years of international operations experience, will lead the division as managing director. She most recently served as senior director of operations at Atlas World Group International and brings deep expertise in scaling global relocation services. Gorb holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a master's in supply chain transportation and logistics from the University of Washington.
"Having worked with Ashley in a previous role for more than a decade, I've seen firsthand the level of expertise and leadership she brings to international operations," said Jim Gaw, CEO of Wheaton World Wide Moving. "She's uniquely positioned to help us expand our global capabilities and support continued success across our growing agent network."
With the addition of international operations, Wheaton World Wide Moving will now offer fully integrated global relocation support in all 50 states and worldwide, with services rolling out beginning summer 2026. Gorb's comprehensive background in international relocation and Wheaton's expanded capabilities enable the network to serve customers around the globe seamlessly.
"I've spent the past 15 years building relationships in the global moving industry, so I understand both the opportunities and the complexities of this space," said Gorb. "As we expand internationally, my focus is on leveraging those connections to support our agent network and ensure a smooth, coordinated expansion."
A service-led network of independent agents, Wheaton World Wide Moving is known for its focus on consistency, collaboration, and high-quality service. The company is affiliated with industry organizations, including the American Trucking Associations' Moving & Storage Conference (ATA MSC) and the International Association of Movers (IAM).
