Mr. Shaw has accumulated extensive experience that distinguishes him as an exceptional lawyer. He began his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the esteemed Circuit Judge Rodney Smith in the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida, Criminal Circuit Court Division. Subsequently, his passion for defending rights led him to explore Immigration Law, Juvenile Dependency Law (CPS/DCFS Defense), and Criminal Law.

At the University of North Dakota School of Law Immigration legal clinic, Mr. Shaw demonstrated outstanding legal acumen as a Student Attorney. There, he provided legal assistance to indigent clients with asylum cases, work permits, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Visas, Green Cards, and other Immigration matters.

Expanding his Immigration representation, Mr. Shaw worked at a renowned Hollywood boutique Talent Agency firm, gaining insights into the entertainment industry's legal aspects. He assisted numerous clients with O-1 Visas for Extraordinary Ability or Achievements, Business/Tourist Visas, Student Visas, Fiancé Visas, Work Authorization, Advance Parole, Green Cards, and more. Mr. Shaw maintains strong relationships in the entertainment industry, providing counsel on Immigration law to Talent Agents and others.
