Greenbriar is a leading developer of sustainable entry-level housing and renewable energy projects.

The company is currently building two large-scale projects namely Sage Ranch in Tehachapi, California (995 homes) and Montalva in Guánica, Puerto Rico (80MWac solar farm).

Both projects are in the near-construction stage and have completed all the essential development milestones for over a decade.

The company is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol GRB.V and in the US OTC market as GEBRF.

Leading the affordable green housing trend

A quick overview of our main initiatives

Sage Ranch – Construction start: May, 2024

Sage Ranch is a real estate community of 995 exceptionally located entry-level homes in the heart of Tehachapi Valley, a community located in southern California with 38,000 residents and 80 minutes north of Los Angeles.

We know it’s a big problem, but we do our part to help solve the national shortage of affordable homes.

Montalva – Breaking Ground in 2024

Our Montalva property (1,747 acres) is a large utility-scale solar and battery storage build with an initial size of 80 MWac or 160 MWdc,
(which is about 320,000 solar panels) located in the very sunny and dry southwestern coastal area of Puerto Rico.

Puerto Rico is still fighting the aftermath of Hurricane Maria from 2017. At that time, a substantial part of the outdated electricity network was completely destroyed. Montalva Solar Farm will supply electricity to 30,000 households.

Cordero Ranch – Breaking Ground in 2025

High-quality, smaller footprint homes (starting around 650 sq ft) inside a full-service luxury community starting at USD 200,000.
