CSE Bulletin: Name and Symbol Change and Stock Split - Global Elsimate Capital Corp. (GECC)

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - le 1 octobre/October 2020)  Global Elsimate Capital Corp. has announced a name change and symbol change to Extreme Vehicle Battery Technologies Corp. (ACDC). and a six (6) for one (1) stock split of its issued and outstanding common shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be increased to approximately 305,652,540 common shares.

Trading in the Company’s shares remains halted pending completion of its previously announced acquisition of several battery metals mining claims from Marifil Mines Ltd. (the “Properties Acquisition”), which represents a fundamental change (the “Fundamental Change”) within Policy 8 of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”) CSE.

There is no certainty that the Fundamental Change will be completed or that the Company’s shares will resume trading on the CSE.
