All Common Shares and Warrants issued pursuant to the first tranche of the Offering remain subject to the Cease Trade Order until a full revocation order is granted, the issuance of which is not certain. The securities are also subject to applicable statutory resale restrictions, including a four-month hold period. The Warrants will not be listed on any stock exchange. The first tranche closing remains subject to final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
