Geomorphic AI Announces Njuggträskliden Polymetallic Project on Swedens Nickel Line for Joint Venture - Four Mineralised Zones Over 2 Km of Strike, Undrilled Below 268 Metres

Portland, Oregon and Stockholm, Sweden--(Newsfile Corp. - August 5, 2026) - Geomorphic AI ("Geomorphic" or the "Company"), an AI-driven prospect-generator in the minerals exploration sector, is pleased to announce that it has assembled a data package on the Njuggträskliden Ni-Cu-Co-PGE Project ("Njuggträskliden" or the "Project") - an interpreted magmatic nickel-copper-cobalt-PGE sulphide conduit on Sweden's "Nickel Line" in the Bothnian Basin, Västerbotten, immediately south of the Skellefte District. Geomorphic has secured a land package of approximately 12,411 hectares in a single contiguous block. The Company is now seeking a joint venture partner to advance or acquire the Project.

Njuggträskliden is a drilled magmatic sulphide system whose remaining value sits in three places, none of them tested: the depth extension below 268 metres, an undrilled 1,425 nT magnetic anomaly inside the permit, and a platinum-group credit that can be quantified from archived core before a single new metre is drilled. Eight campaigns between 1979 and 2008 defined four mineralised zones over 2+ kilometres of strike, returning intercepts to 25.4 metres at 1.02% Ni, 0.49% Cu, 1.00 g/t Pt, 0.53 g/t Pd - historical work an incoming partner inherits rather than repeats.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Untested below 268 metres: every one of the 105 historic holes stops at or above 268 m. Eight campaigns (1979-2008) defined four mineralised zones over 2+ km of strike - all four remain open down-dip, and the interpreted feeder has never been drilled.

  • Historic nickel-PGE intercepts:

    • NJU-07-001 (Zone D): 25.4 m @ 1.02% Ni, 0.49% Cu, 1.00 g/t Pt, 0.53 g/t Pd

    • NJU79031 (Zone D): 24.6 m @ 0.98% Ni, 0.58% Cu; separate 23.0 m PGE composite @ 1.6 g/t Pt, 1.05 g/t Pd (PRAP 83075)

    • NJU90006 (Zone C/D): 14.3 m @ 0.79% Ni, 0.69% Cu, 4.77 g/t Pd, including 2.35 m @ 25.6 g/t Pd

  • High nickel tenor: recalculated against sulphide content, Zone D carries approximately 4% Ni (Zone C/D ~2.1%, Zone A ~1.8%). The modest in-situ grade is silicate dilution, not low fertility.

  • Re-assay upside, before any drilling: platinum and palladium have been analysed in only 38 of the 105 holes, and roughly half of the mineralised core has never been analysed for them. Where they have been analysed - approximately 104 aggregate metres of mineralised core above a 0.3% Ni cut-off - the length-weighted averages are 0.87% Ni, 1.25 g/t Pd and 0.64 g/t Pt.

  • Undrilled 1,425 nT magnetic anomaly inside the permit: approximately eight kilometres northwest of the drilled zones, at nearly three times the amplitude of anything measured over the drilled deposit. Ground geophysics and till sampling are inexpensive first steps on ground already held.

  • Six EU critical raw materials: nickel, copper, cobalt, platinum, palladium and graphite, which the permit covers as a separate, co-located target in the same host paragneiss. Mineralogy separately indicates Ni-Cu-Co with Pt-Pd-Au credits may be recoverable through a conventional nickel-copper flotation flowsheet, pending metallurgical testwork.

  • Granted ground, no competing rights: UT 2026:73 covers 12,411 hectares in a single contiguous block to May 2029, with no third-party mineral-rights overlap.

  • Belt recognised by the regulator: the same Nickel Line hosts Lappvattnet (780 kt @ 1.35% Ni inferred), designated a Property of National Interest by SGU in December 2025.

  • Access and route to market: year-round forest-road access and a 130 kV transmission line within 20 kilometres. Boliden Harjavalta - the Nordic region's only nickel smelter and an active buyer of third-party concentrate - is a potential marketing route.

Joint-Venture Opportunity

Njuggträskliden's principal value drivers are platinum-group re-assay, the depth extension and the northwest magnetic anomaly. The PGE credit can be tested before new drilling; the other targets are staged drill opportunities. Geomorphic's data room compiles the historic drilling, geophysics, mineralogy and assays. An incoming partner would advance archived-core re-assay at SGU Malå, focused ground geophysics and till sampling over the northwest anomaly, and drilling below 268 m. The Company is seeking a joint-venture or earn-in partner to fund and execute this program using the Project tenure, data and targeting assembled to date.

The exploration results referred to in this release - including the drill intercepts, the nickel tenor and the platinum-group grades - are historic in nature and are drawn from the Geological Survey of Sweden (SGU) and Nickelutredningen reporting (BRAP 81007, BRAP 82119, PRAP 84074), the Blackstone Nickel 2007-08 programme and other public records.
