(OTCQB: STFKD) is pleased to announce a strategic relationship has been formed with Internationally renowned film production company Triton Films (www.tritonfilms.net) for the creation and production of 7 intellectual property titles that are to be created and offered for sale to Major Studios. The Starflick/Triton lucrative business model will take proof-of-concept content and develop scripts and trailers to be sold to majors that complete the films. Terms of the deal is $100,000 payable to Triton.
Triton Films is a successful company that has made major intellectual property sales to renowned production companies such as Paramount Pictures, Lionsgate Entertainment and several other major film studios.
Triton Films Inc. has launched the careers of directors such as Neill Blomkamp (District 9) and Cinematographer Trent Opaloch (Captain America: The Winter Soldier).
Triton Films is currently shooting the feature film JUAREZ 2045 with Danny Trejo in Utah, followed by an action film with Steve Austin.
