Soligenix, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNGX) is a client of PCG Advisory, Inc. SNGX has an agreement in place to pay PCG a monthly cash fee of $10,000, plus a monthly stock fee of 25,000 common shares, restricted under Rule 144, for PCG investor awareness and investor relations advisory services.
