ACES provides first lien senior secured loans for management teams seeking growth capital. In the last 18 months, Anvil has deployed ~$120 million across 2 deals in the Canadian market. Anvil seeks to partner with experienced operators in both the U.S. & Canada.

Anvil’s platform seeks to invest and partner with middle market management teams primarily in Canada. We typically lend to management teams within upstream oil & gas production, but are open to opportunities across a variety of industries. We look for experienced managers with a proven track record of success who have their personal capital invested in the company. We partner when we determine that we share core values and have a common vision for growth.
Target investment size: $25-$100MM Loan Type: 1st Lien, Senior Secured Term: 2-4 Years
