Northern Graphite COO Kirsty Liddicoat initially chose to study geology because she could go camping! After her first co-op work she realized that she loved that every day was different, and there were challenges beyond the normal work – such as dealing with extreme weather. With a MBA, a M. Mining ENG., and a B. SC. (Hons) Geology, her career, that started in Australia, has taken her to a variety of countries. Kirsty says she loves working in mining because it gives her “the ability to create value and change people’s lives in the communities where we work while enabling the green transition.”
