TICFC Corporate Update: Engages Transfer Agent, Auditor and P. Geo to Complete 43-101 Report

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 30, 2021) - Talent Infinity Capital Fund Corporation (the "Company" or "TICFC") announces that it has engaged three professional service provider business specialists to handle completing various reports and filing needs of the company; 1) Endeavor Trust Corporation to act as its transfer agent; 2) Adam Sung Kim Ltd., Chartered Professional Accountant to be the company's auditors, and 3) Mr. Kristian Whitehead, P. Geo. to complete a National Instrument 43-101 compliant geological report on the company's mineral property.

The company has engaged these professionals to complete the various reports and filing documents required; as the company intends to submit a non-offering prospectus to a securities regulator.
