Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - April 26, 2019) - Leviathan Cannabis Group Inc. (CSE: EPIC) (the "Company" or "Leviathan") announces that the Board of Directors (the "Board") has appointed Jayne Beckwith as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Beckwith currently serves as Leviathan's Chief Communications Officer.

Ms. Beckwith replaces Martin J. Doane as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Doane will continue in his role as Leviathan's Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board.

The Company is nearing the end of its search for a new CFO and will provide a further update in the next sixty days.
