Aurelius Minerals Provides Update on November 12, 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Files Technical Report on Aureus West Property

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - November 5, 2020) - Aurelius Minerals Inc. (TSXV: AUL) (the "Company" or "Aurelius") announces its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 11:00 am EST at the Company's Toronto office at 19th Floor, 110 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario.

In response to the unprecedented public health impact of COVID-19, and to mitigate risks to the health and safety of its shareholders, employees and local communities, the Company is urging shareholders not to attend the AGM in person.

Registered shareholders and duly appointed proxy holders may participate in the AGM via a live conference call. Registered shareholders and duly appointed proxy holders, who have properly registered prior to the AGM as outlined below, will be able to ask questions of management via the conference call at the conclusion of the AGM.

Shareholders should vote on the matters before the AGM by proxy or voting instruction form prior to the proxy cut-off on Monday, November 9, 2020 at 11:00 am EST.

Aurelius Minerals Files Technical Report

The Company also announces that Company has filed a technical report for the Aureus West Property (the "Property"), located in Nova Scotia, that was acquired on May 4, 2020. The Aureus West technical report is available on the Company's profile at www.sedar.com and on the Company's website at www.aureliusminerals.com.

The Company retained Global Mineral Resource Services to prepare and address the technical report to Aurelius, based on historical work and the technical report previously filed by a prior owner of the Property. Other than updates to reflect Aurelius' acquisition of the Property and non-material clerical changes, the content of the technical report is consistent with the technical report filed by a prior owner on SEDAR. While the Company has begun planning and has initiated some work on the Property, the Company has not completed any additional substantive work on the Property since acquisition.
