Accelerator Program
People Leader Accelerator is the premier development program for strategic HR leaders of investor-backed, founder-led, technology companies.
This 16-week transformative experience is offered only twice each year and is equivalent in rigor and intensity to an executive MBA program. Admission is application-only for a very small cohort (typically 8-15).

Sprints
PLA Sprints are interactive working sessions.
HR professionals across a range of companies and career stages will learn from a live instructor and a peer group. Emerge from a PLA Sprint with real work product completed that you can apply immediately.

PLA Guides are 40-80 page workbooks full of frameworks and practical templates.
