Activities and Societies: Was a FULBRIGHT SCHOLAR to Australia (1993) for much of my research. Thesis: "AlGaAs/GaAs Compound Semiconductor Multiple Quantum Well Optical Reflection Modulators".
While a FULBRIGHT SCHOLAR, worked as a Consultant to IBM (Australia) as they raced against others to develop stable room-temperature blue-lasing systems (the eventual BluRay players of today).
