list of CBD products allowed to be sold in the UK

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) maintains a list of CBD products that are allowed to be sold in the UK.

This list includes products that you consume orally (tinctures, cookies, gummies etc). Products you inhale or apply to the skin are not covered by FSA so do not appear on this list.

To verify if a product is permitted to be sold in the UK you can check the FSA’s official list.

CBD products that are allowed to be sold in the UK

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) was concerned about the quality of some CBD products* on sale in the UK, so they required all manufacturers to register their products with them.

Three-quarters of products submitted did not meet the FSA’s high standards and were rejected. The FSA published a list of CBD products that they permit to sell in the UK.

To be sure that a CBD product is permitted check it is included on the UK CBD list. This list will be updated as new products are added.

*The FSA is responsible for approving all CBD products that you consume orally (tinctures, cookies, gummies etc). Products you inhale (vapes) or apply to the skin (cosmetics, balms, massage oils etc) are not enforced by FSA so do not appear on their list.
