Elcora's Newest Acquisition

Elcora's Newest Acquisition

Elcora acquired ERMAZON S.A.R.L. at the end of 2021 in order to establish itself as a leader in battery technologies with both known metal deposits and untapped mineral sites with great potential.

The Company currently owns seventeen Polymetallic (Vanadium, Lead, other), one Manganese and one Copper licenses/concessions in Morocco.  Elcora is therefore broadening its scope to supply materials and applications associated with battery technologies.

Elcora / Ermazon team of geologists, doctoral geologists and scouts is currently exploring the Polymetallic area called ATLAS LION DEPOSIT to meet all the legal requirements of the Ministry of Mines to obtain all applicable Exploitation mining licenses.

ATLAS LION DEPOSIT

Electric vehicles could reach 43 million units per year by 2030.

This recent Moroccan acquisition provides a substantial resource opportunity that can complement the high global demand for Vanadium and its use in adding sustainable technology for large-scale battery storage.

Elcora is well-positioned to establish itself as a leader in battery technologies with both known metal deposits and untapped mineral sites with great potential.

The Company’s mandate is focused on the global battery value chain. More specifically, it plans on both extracting and processing battery-grade minerals and metals from its current projects and apply them to proprietary energy storage applications.

How we work

Overview

01

Metal Mining

Elcora’s combination of mining and mineral processing experience along with battery testing capabilities means that it is not limited to Graphite, Graphene and Li-ion battery applications.
02

Vanadium Mining

Vanadium’s role in the growing energy grid storage will increase dramatically over the coming years, enabling more extensive use of renewable power such as wind and solar.
03

Graphene - R & D

Graphene is a single sheet of carbon atoms arranged in a hexagonal honeycomb pattern. It is the thinnest material known to man, and is fairly described as a game changing in regards to its properties.
04

Refining

Elcora developed its own unique graphite refining process that does not require the use of acids or alkaline systems. This process is very environmentally friendly and yields higher quality.

Elcora Vanadium/Lead ATLAS LION DEPOSIT Opportunity

The 256 km2 Vanadinite-ore licensed Atlas Lion Deposit area represents one of the world’s largest potential polymetallic Vanadium/Lead deposits. It stretches 40km South-West to North-East and has a lateral expanse of 20km.

This vast area includes an abandoned former French Vanadinite mine from the 1950s. The vast licensed area needs to be systematically explored over the next years to prove the amount of Vanadium/Lead (“Vanadinite”) ore contained which is scheduled to be done in parallel with production of ore.  Exploration works on two of the licenses have started to generate an initial NI 43 101 resource report with indicated and proven resources.
