Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - October 17, 2019) - Aurania Resources Ltd. (TSXV: ARU) (OTCQB: AUIAF) (FSE: 20Q) ("Aurania" or the "Company") announces that the TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of 1,008,246 non-broker warrants (the "Warrants") issued in relation to the Company's 2017 private placement financing (see press release dated October 4, 2019).

These Warrants are the remaining warrants that were issued pursuant to a private placement of an aggregate of 3,200,890 shares and 1,600,445 Warrants, which was accepted for filing by TSX Venture Exchange effective June 7, 2017.
