We're proud to announce our strategic alliance with Serbia-based energy experts, TRAKEN. Through TRAKEN's pioneering technology, which discerns renewable from traditional energy sources, we're embarking on a significant stride toward powering the Odyssey blockchain with primarily renewable energy and enabling smart metering on our Nebra marketplace. Dione is thrilled to announce our partnership with Energiekreislauf GmbH! Together, we'll lead the way in our long term plan of pioneering innovative, dual-use agriculture and solar projects. Our mission begins with running pilot projects and building small-scale energy communities, starting with empowering an entire Austrian village with sustainable energy. Progressively, we have a global vision to transform communities worldwide, and have already been in talks with a large diversity of energy startups as well as bigger players throughout the world. As promised, we’re making our energy debut in the UAE through a strategic partnership with Algatec, our first ally in Dubai. Algatec brings over 20 years of renewable energy expertise to the table, a key component in our plans to roll out small-scale, off-grid energy communities as an initial step. Using the Odyssey blockchain and Nebra software, we're targeting renewable energy generation and consumption tracking, promoting smarter, more sustainable energy usage. DIONE has concluded our initial steps in strategic business development with IBC SOLAR AG a leading private Renewable Energy firm from Germany. We intend to pilot energy communities utilizing IBC’s SOLAR manufacturing and market presence. This lays the foundation for a stronger relationship as our endeavors advance.
