Fernhill Beverage Continues to Update Shareholders

Carlsbad, California--(Newsfile Corp. - June 16, 2020) - Fernhill Beverage, Inc. (OTC PINK: FHBC) is excited to inform shareholders and the public that the Company's initial shipment of RK Super Vitamin Packed Kid's Drink has left American shores and is on its way to Europe.

In January 2020, Fernhill Beverage Inc. entered into an agreement to export The Company's signature brand, RK Super to select areas of Europe. The product will be distributed and marketed in the lucrative American Military Commissary System. The initial schedule for shipment was slated for mid-February 2020. Due to a global health crisis, along with economic concerns, that shipment was put on hold indefinitely. Italy and other countries began lifting restrictions for imports slowly. In the beginning of June, Fernhill received the announcement that the initial shipment of RK Super will be allowed to proceed.

On June 15^th 2020, four containers consisting of 20 pallets of RK Super each left Virginia in route to Southern Italy. Once the product arrives in Italy and clears inspection, RK Super will be distributed to various Commissaries throughout Europe. Fernhill Beverage, Inc. is expecting a delivery date in Early July and distribution throughout the remainder of July.

RK Super is slated to be retailed in European commissaries for $1.19 per unit. Fernhill Beverage has committed a portion of every bottle sold to be pledged to various Veteran Agencies. The Company is committed to assisting all active duty personnel as well as veterans in need.

Fernhill Beverage is preparing to fulfill similar commitments approximately 3 times a year indefinitely. The Company is excited to ensure access to American and European families of RK Super and other quality Fernhill Beverage products.
