US Nuclear Corp. Discusses Solar System Resources Corp. LOI with The Stock Day Podcast

Phoenix, Arizona--(Newsfile Corp. - March 15, 2021) - The Stock Day Podcast welcomed US Nuclear Corp. (OTCQB: UCLE) ("the Company"), a radiation and chemical detection holding company specializing in the development and manufacturing and sales of radiation and chemical detection instrumentation. CEO of the Company, Bob Goldstein, joined Stock Day host Everett Jolly.

Jolly began the interview by asking about a recent announcement detailing the Company's involvement with Solar System Resources Corp. "They are a company in Krakow, Poland, and they've been reading our press releases. Solar System Resources is totally dedicated to the mining and extraction of rare earth and other important chemicals and minerals from the moon, Mars, asteroids, and even comets," explained Goldstein. "That is exactly what we need because we are involved in the space race with nuclear propulsion systems."

"There are a lot of materials that are either in shortage or are non-existent on Earth, like Helium-3 and other materials, but some of these can be easily found on other planets, asteroids, or comets," said Goldstein. "We were just so excited to find a company that has that as their total effort," he added, before elaborating on the Company's technology and assets.

"Do you have a significant connection with Solar System Resources Corp.?" asked Jolly. "We've signed an LOI with them, and they're making us an exclusive distributor for Helium-3. We're working now on a memorandum of interest, which will give us probably the sole North American rights to bring in their imported rare expensive materials into the US, Canada, or Mexico."

"What products or industries do you think are suffering from material shortages?" asked Jolly. "We have supply chain disruptions and it is slowing the whole US economy, and the world economy too. These materials are going to help us with industrial, consumer, medical, and military products," explained Goldstein, adding that green technology products like EV batteries, solar panels, and wind turbines require these limited materials.

"How will going to space solve some of these problems?" asked Jolly. "The main thing that will get us into space is the commercial aspect, which is mining and extraction," said Goldstein. "Many elements are easier to find in the asteroids," he added before elaborating on the process of extracting minerals and other materials from asteroids, as well as the moon and Mars. "We think it will be easier to extract these materials out there than it is back here on Earth."

"What is so important about Helium-3?" asked Jolly. "We are associated with MIFTEC and MIFTI, and they do fusion energy. Helium-3 is acts as an accelerant for fusion, resulting in higher efficiency and even higher power density," explained Goldstein. "Helium-3 is very rare, almost non-existent on Earth."

"Is there any way that a company could create Helium-3 here on Earth?" asked Jolly. "No," said Goldstein. "Helium is a by-product of tritium, and tritium is a waste product from nuclear power plants," he explained. "It's very hard to make. You have to put your sample inside of a nuclear reactor and then wait a while and separate it. It's not easy."

Jolly then asked about the Company's revenue potential moving forward. "The good news is that 2021 is going to be a banner year; we're coming back this year," said Goldstein. "We've been a $3.5 million company in recent years, and we expect to be over $4 million this year, we hope," he shared. "That is manifesting itself by some orders that we are getting in and by our sales that are promised, as well as big quotes that we are making. I think that it will do very well this year."
