(TSXV: SBMI) ("SBMI" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that on April 11, 2022 its common shares will commence trading on the OTCQB under the symbol SBMCF. The Company's common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol SBMI.
