Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Navigation Capital Group, the 500-foot-tall structure will yield 191 condominium units designed by Shanghai-based Neri & Hu in studio to four-bedroom penthouse layouts, as well as 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Anthology Group is the hospitality partner and Cauldwell Wingate is the general contractor for the tower, which was formerly addressed as 131-141 East 47th Street and is located between Lexington and Third Avenues.

Hopson Development Holdings is developing the site, which was purchased from the original developers, New Empire Real Estate. Silverback Development was brought onto the project in 2020 but is now no longer part of the building. Structure Tech New York and Cauldwell Wingate are in charge of building the project, which is located between Lexington and Third Avenues.
