New Ruby Mining Corp. Announces Successful Private Placement Financing and Increases the Amount of the Initial Private Placement to Accommodate Additional Demand

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - September 12, 2017) - New Ruby Mining Corp. ("New Ruby" or the "Company"), a private Canadian corporation, is pleased to announce that it has exceeded its target for its initial private placement financing and is expanding the financing to accommodate additional demand.

New Ruby has orders in excess of its initial target for the Private Placement of $600,000 at C$0.10 per common share and will increase this amount to accommodate the additional demand at C0.10 per common share.
