The property, consisting of 64 unpatented and 81 patented lode mining claims, is a high-grade silver and gold district with a production history from several mines spanning 68 years. Mining widths at several mines in the property range from 6 to 30 feet, with production from 2,074,000 tons reporting 17,750,000 ounces silver and 305,000 ounces gold with recovered grades of 0.19 ounces per ton gold and 9.3 ounces per ton silver.

The main Queen Fault hosts the Consolidated Mine, which was shut down by the War Production Board in 1942. Known silver and gold mineralization, confirmed by recent drilling, extends for more than 10 kilometres from the Deadwood Mine to north of Copper Creek, and is open to depth.

To acquire the property, One World Minerals must pay a total of US$750,000 and issue 15 million shares in staged annual payments.

The shares are trading at $0.75, and with 52.8 million shares outstanding, the company is capitalized at $39.6 million.
