The company is headed by new President & CEO, Trevor Doerksen, who is currently President of Mobovivo (www.mobovivo.com), which provides solutions to enable broadcasters and producers to market and distribute TV and films. ePlay Digital and Mobovivo are currently in the process of amalgamating, which is expected to be completed during December.

On November 29th, Mobovivo signed a collaborative sales agreement with Spriza Media, a digital promotions software platform, which provides contests, email marketing, lotteries, and other online marketing initiatives.
