The company is headed by President and CEO Desmond Griffin, who holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute. He co-founded PayByPhone and was its CEO from inception in 2000 until its acquisition in 2011and for the past 5 years has been an independent consultant and advisor for various start-up tech companies.

The company closed an IPO for gross proceeds of $793,500 from the placement of 5,290,000 units at $0.15 per unit, including an over-allotment of 690,000 units. Each unit consisted of 1 share and one-half a warrant, with each full warrant exercisable at $0.25 for 2 years. Leede Jones Gable acted as the agent for the offering.

The company plans to use the proceeds to continue software development of Glance's mobile payment app for restaurants and continue to sign up restaurants as well as for general working capital purposes.
