Cornerstone Metals Cancels Acquisition of Topley Property

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - May 12, 2016) - Cornerstone Metals Inc. (TSXV: CCC) ("Cornerstone" or the "Company") announces that further to its news release dated April 28, 2016 on the signing of a non-binding Letter of Intent on the Topley Property, management has completed its due diligence and the Company has decided not to proceed with the implementation of an option agreement on the Topley Property.
