DNI Metals to List on CSE

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - December 17, 2015) - DNI Metals (TSXV: DNI) ("DNI" or "the Company") announces that it has received approval to list its common shares on the Canadian Stock Exchange ("CSE"), and intends to voluntarily delist its common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSX-V") with trading anticipated to commence on the CSE on Thursday, December 24^th 2015, under the symbol "DNI". The Symbol, Transfer Agent and CUSIP will remain the same. The Company expects the transition will be completed in a seamless manner.
