SunSocket Technologies Announces USD$2 Million Private Placement Financing

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 13, 2015) - SunSocket Technologies Inc. (The "Company" or "SunSocket") announces a private placement of up to 20,000,000 common shares for gross proceeds of USD$ 2 million at a price of USD$0.10 per unit.

Each unit will consist of one common share and one half of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at an exercise price of USD$0.15 per common share. Finder's fees on the gross proceeds of the offering will be paid upon closing where permitted under applicable corporate and securities laws. Proceeds will be used for general working capital including inventory purchases.
