The company has an irrevocable and exclusive option to acquire a 100% interest in the Lekcin Property, located 10 kilometres northwest of the town of Hope, and 120 kilometres east of Vancouver, British Columbia. The property consists of 23 contiguous mineral tenures, comprising an aggregate 7,178 hectares.

Through its history from 1958-1973, the property produced 4,319,976 tonnes of ore from 28 separate deposits, yielding 16,516 grams of silver, 1,026 grams gold, 140,700 kilograms cobalt, 13,212,770 million kilograms copper and 26,573,090 million kilograms nickel.

The property has had considerable work performed by a number of companies over the years, which is well documented in a new NI 43-101 Technical Report prepared for APAC in March 2015 and filed on Sedar.com. The company plans to initially spend $40,000 on a phase 1 program, as recommended in the Technical Report.
