Sphere 3D Will Begin Trading on New CUSIP Number Tuesday, March 24, 2015

San Jose, California--(Newsfile Corp. - March 23, 2015) - Sphere 3D Corporation (NASDAQ: ANY), a virtualization and data management solutions provider, today announced that its common stock will begin trading on a new CUSIP number on the NASDAQ Global Market tomorrow, March 24, 2015. In addition, the Company will change its name from Sphere 3D Corporation to Sphere 3D Corp. upon completion of a short-form amalgamation with a wholly owned subsidiary.
