Stakeholder Gold Corp. Announces AGM Results

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - September 19, 2014) - Stakeholder Gold Corp. (TSXV: SRC) ("Stakeholder" or the "Company") announces results from its Annual & Special Shareholder Meeting (the "Shareholder Meeting") held on September 18, 2014. The shareholder resolutions including the nomination of directors, appointment of the auditor, proposal of a 10% rolling stock option plan and the proposal of By-law No. 2 from the Company's Shareholder Meeting were approved by the shareholders of Stakeholder. At the Shareholder Meeting, shareholders approved of By-law No. 2, a by-law relating to the nomination of directors (the "Advance Notice By-law"). The purpose of the Advance Notice By-law is to provide shareholders, directors and management of Stakeholder with a clear framework for nominating directors.
