The company acquired all the shares of The Herbal Clone Bank and Advanced Greenhouse Technologies, and will operate each as wholly owned subsidiaries.

The Herbal Clone Bank subsidiary will provide a range of services to licensed producers in the medical marijuana sector, with the goal of enhancing profit margins and the licensed producer's bottom line. Specific services provided include propagation, direct cultivation and sale of purebred cultivars, cloning, and marijuana strain storage. Utilizing existing horticultural methods THC Bank provides licensed producers with consistent strains of plants, at any stage up to flowering, thereby increasing production and reducing capital requirement and operating costs.

Advanced Greenhouse Technologies designs and provides leading-edge turnkey greenhouse packages that meet Health Canada security requirements.
