The Wels Gold Property, located 50 kilometers east of Beaver Creek and 180 kilometres south of Dawson City, consists of 132 contiguous claims, covering an area of 2,758 hectares.

With its stock exchange listing complete, the company has retained a geological consultant and intends to aggressively build its portfolio of properties with an initial focus to find and evaluate mineral production and exploration opportunities in Turkey and Albania.

Concurrent with the listing, the company announced the closing of a small private placement of 500,000 shares at $0.50, raising $50,000.
