Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - April 11, 2014) - Ximen Mining Corp. (TSXV: XIM) (the "Company" or "Ximen") is pleased to announce that the warrants from a financing announced on February 27, 2014 are now subject to an acceleration clause. Participants now have 30 days in which to exercise their warrants at $1.00 due to the Issuer's shares trading at or above a price of $1.10 per share for a period of 10 consecutive trading days.
