The company, together with its wholly-owned subsidiary Newnote Networks, has acquired or developed a suite of crypto currency financial products for end-users, businesses and charities.

The company has received delivery of over 5 Terahash in Bitcoin mining equipment to be installed in its newly opened Vancouver-based data centre. This equipment has the capability of mining more than US$400 a day in Bitcoins at the current market price. Additional equipment is expected to arrive each month moving forward bringing its expected mining capacity to over 10 Terahashes by June 2014.

Few Bitcoin miners' offices and residences are equipped to handle the power intensive machines, which can exceed 2000 watts, requiring two typical circuits to run a single machine. The Newnote Data Centre is equipped with 20amp circuits, redundant power supplies, six 10-ton air conditioning units and plenty of room to host these power hungry machines for clients interested in a hosted hardware solution with remote access.

In January, the company announced the purchase of its first Bitcoin ATM Machine. The ATM machine enables users to convert fiat to Bitcoin in fifteen seconds and accepts notes from over 200 countries. The purchase of additional ATM machines is planned pending a future financing.

The company is reportedly on tract to launch Canada's newest Bitcoin exchange.
