Global SeaFarms Corporation Announces New Member to Board of Directors

Montreal, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - December 11, 2013) - Global SeaFarms Corporation (CNSX: GSF) ("GSF" or the "Company") announces that Earl Coleman will join the GSF's board of directors.

Tom Kaneb, Chairman of GSF said, "We are very pleased to have someone of Mr. Coleman's experience join GSF at this exciting time in the Company's development".

Mr. Coleman is the former President of Big Freight Systems Inc. Big Freight Systems is a leading provider of logistical and freight forwarding solutions headquartered in Steinbach, Manitoba. From 1982 until his appointment as President in October 2006, Earl held a series of leadership positions with Big Freight Systems Inc. Mr. Coleman also has many years of public company experience including directorships with issuers Lanesborough Real Estate Investment Trust, Black Widow Resources and MPVC Inc. where he has served on various committees of those boards.
