Global SeaFarms Corporation Announces Closing of Third Tranche of Private Placement
Montreal, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - December 5, 2013) - Global SeaFarms Corporation (CNSX: GSF) ("GSF" or the "Company") announces that is closed on the date hereof the third tranche of its previously announced private placement of Class A shares for total consideration of approximately $316,100. The shares were offered to investors at $0.09 each.
The shares issued by the Company are subject to statutory resale restrictions until April 6, 2014.
This news release shall not constitute an offer to sell, nor the solicitation of an offer to buy, nor shall there be any securities of GSF offered in any jurisdiction in which such an offer, solicitation or sale would be unlawful. The shares will be offered on a private placement basis.
