Silver Pursuit Resources Ltd. - Corporate Update

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 23, 2013) - Silver Pursuit Resources Ltd. (TSXV: SPF) (the "Company") announces that its option agreements for exploration of mineral concessions commonly referred to as the La Tuna property and the La Quintera property have been confirmed by the respective optioners as being terminated. As those properties were the last remaining mineral exploration agreements involving the Company’s subsidiary, First Pursuit de Mexico S.A. de C.V. ("FPV Mexico"), and the Company has transferred its ownership in FPV Mexico to the property optionor of the La Quintera property for a nominal amount.

The Company also announces the resignation of director, Chris Wilson. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Wilson for his service with the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavors.

The Company is examining new projects and will announce any new developments as they arise.
