(OTCQB: SPCL) announces Ian Lev former President and Board member has resigned his position effective September 23, 2013. The Company thanks Mr. Lev for his work in bringing the Company to its new phase and new business plan.
Mr. Lev remains a shareholder of the Company.
The Company's board now consists of Vincent Palmieri, Chief Executive Officer; Leonard Caprino, President; Roy Givens, Chief Technical Officer and Raymond Madick, Chief Sales Officer.
