(the “Company”) (OTCQB: BUKX) announces that Christopher Robin Relph has resigned as a director and Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Company has appointed Simon Eley, the current President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, as interim Chief Financial Officer.
