Fab-Form Appoints New Director Bruce Clark

Surrey, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - June 18, 2012) - Fab-Form Industries Ltd. (TSXV: FBF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Bruce Clark to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Mr. Clark’s areas of expertise are commercial and civil law, including litigation. Mr. Clark is currently a partner with Preston, Clark, McLeod, of Vancouver, BC.

Mr. Clark’s education of:

  • 1968 - BA, Economics, University of British Columbia

  • 1972 - MBA, Queens University, Kingston, Ontario

  • 1982 - LLB, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC

will assist the board in making sound business decisions and in mitigating risk.

Mr. Clark’s appointment increases the number of directors from three to four. “We’re pleased to have Mr. Clark join our board”, said Chris Mattock, Director. “He’s shown commitment by investing in our Company and providing sound legal advice over the past two years.”
