This channel serves the sole purpose of whitelisting members for our upcoming NFT sale on Friday February 11th.

Upon completion of our NFT sale, members will gain access to our private channels based on their tiers.

The MIC NFT Tiers are as below

GENESIS - Qty. 2000. - 0.2 Eth

Access to 50% of all private/seed round investments. 35% of deals allocation is reserved amongst holders.  

KINGDOM - Qty. 75- 2 Eth

Access to 100% of all private/seed round investments as well as general voting rights for upcoming deals. 25% of deals allocation is reserved equally amongst holders.

TRINITY - Qty. 50 - 5 Eth

Access to 100% of all private/seed round investments including exclusive partner deals and voting rights for upcoming deals. 40% of deals allocation is reserved equally amongst holders.

Members can mint more than one NFT to boost their tiers.


The MIC NFTs will also provide exclusive access to our state of art virtual headquarters the Metaverse Investment Lounge, exclusive social events on the 316VC Yacht, certified finance and blockchain education events and discounts with world leading  brands.

TREASURY

20% of the Total NFT raise will be retained for Investment purposes and put into a treasury for projects voted on by the holders of THE MIC NFTs according to their voting rights.

OPENSEA PASSIVE INCOME

All Opensea sales incur a 7.5% fee, 33.3% of the fees accrued from re-sale whilst THE MIC NFTs change hands are distributed monthly to all holders.

Every MIC NFT holder will receive a mint pass for a MIC NFT 3D Avatar with proof of ownership stored on the Ethereum blockchain
